Uttara University

Uttara University, as approved by the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh aims at quality education. The university has been established under the Private University Act of 1992 and the amendment to this Act in 1998 has been approved by the Ministry of Education and subsequently recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The university has been successfully in operation since April 22, 2003.
